Well, I basically gave up on e.mailing the "offender" when one of them rejected my criticism by chastizing me for not having read the hundreds upon hundreds of FAQ.s available to solve "my" problem. As I opined to this very indignant site owner, a large number of FAQ's tells me that there are a lot of problems and I am not the only one challenged by those problems. So I just click the X in the corner of the screen. (figuratively speaking)
