//OT// Frank What irritates me the most is when one receives the canned "idiot" message from the "Keepers of The Site".. Schwab is my best example. when their software provides two different, incorrect statuses of an option purchase, for example.... if you inform them of same, they will send you a message which, first, explains what an option is, what it's purpose is, how it is traded, how orders are filled, etc, etc.. Usually with an offer to "help you out with Your problem" if only you will explain in more detail why you are so incompetent.. <g> dlo
