I have been doing just that since last Oct and have kept a spreadsheet of the results. Then used Meta Stock to create a chart. It is really amazing what this shows compared to CNBC's market. It told me that the 7/17/98 highs were false and that there was a great deal of distribution taking place after the April highs (actually before but the momentum picked up then).
