See. The distinction between legal carriers and illegal ones is not one a pro-criminal like you would acknowledge. All guns and gun owners were legal and law abiding at some time. The vast majority of gun owners never become criminals. I've owned guns since I was a teen and traffic (speeding) violations are the only crimes I've ever committed.
