Pat, have heard nothing good 'bout Gateway from purchasers for the past 2 years since their stock $ established new floor. I'm sorry to hear about your problems. But hey, count your blessings, at least you don't have a Toshiba desktop/ laptop!!. 2 wks ain't nuttin' w'these folks..... Goto ZDnet = somewhere on the site there is a page where you can post your experiences. They tally all of the computer purveyors out here in terms of service satisfaction, timeliness. etc. Plug & PRAY! .
