OT....wanted to say hi to everybody on my favorite thread; just landed down here in South Carolina, getting ready for fancy dinner tonight, and Grand Rounds lecture tomorrow at 7 am as the out of town Boston expert. Logged on and see nobody has apparently noticed <g> or commented on the Q. Will go to that thread to check out the news, if any.
Love EMC, Jill, and wouldn't give it or LU's lousy recent price performance a second thought, as long as one is long-term buy and hold. I am beginning to get swayed by Voltaire and others who refer to market makers, FUD, manipulation, don't listen to the noise, etc.
This sort of semi-conspiratorial, who killed Kennedy thinking is anathema to scientists, and to those of us who practice medicine based on the evidence, etc. Nevertheless, it is amazing to watch everything sway so violently in either direction, and during these recent days, I must have matured some or am numb to this, as my G&K portfolio has given me great confidence in both the safety of my holdings and their eventual rewards.
