The price may appear cheap but one of the most important factors present is the weak management team. The perception that they are dishonest will result in a permanent discount accorded to the BGO group of companies. If the management team were to leave, the picture would likely change. The current team has given a fair chunk of the company's assets away, leaving little hope for a return to the initial stock price levels.
