I think that the Qwest ads are great. A company with little name recognition selling a commodity consumer product like LD has to build awareness. Even if there is a national controversy it would immediately put QWST on the map.

The notion that Qwest may be interested in Tel-Save is more intriguing. Using AOL as a advertising and distribution mechanism would give QWST a huge base. I think that it would send the company's stock through the roof over the next two to five years, provided that QWST didn't overpay. Did someone say something about a lack of Telecom Services revenue?????

Keep rolling Qwest! This stock is going to prove every pundit, like Ms. Lappin, wrong. She isn't the only doubter who will emerge as this company continues to enjoy success. There will be bumps in the road. However, the long-term for this stock looks amazing.
