FUTURELINK SECURES U.S. $5,000,000 FINANCING COMMITMENT
CALGARY, Aug. 27 /CNW/ - In conjunction with the acquisition of SysGold,
a leading Information Technology outsourcing and services company, FutureLink
Distribution Corp. (OTC BB: FLNK) (the ''Company'') is pleased to announce a
definitive agreement with Thomson Kernaghan & Co., a Toronto investment
dealer, to invest up to US$5 million by way of private placement. Thomson
Kernaghan & Co. has invested the first US$2.25 million investment with the
balance of the US$5 million funding, subject to a number of conditions, to
close in stages after the company completes its SEC registration process.

commence the executing of its computer utility business model'' said Raghu
