I think they sell because the price is good and they have plenty more left on the table. And if it splits they'll have the same leverage or more once again. Eventually you got to spread the wealth around. You can't have all ones money in one company even if you love it and work there. And we are talking BIG money now. Also, we went through this same selling 3 or 4 months ago. The stock has gone up 10 to 20 points since then but the sellers have the same amount of stock if not more sine it susequently split.
