Threshold, Thank You some excellent thoughts and probably all of use to me. As I have actual breaks in my facet joints I can have the back go out of whack most capriciously, ie getting out of the car or tying shoes I consider myself lucky it is not degenerative disc issues etc. There are movements I simply cannot do without risking onset,

I have done something similar to your tennis ball exercise using a wooden massage unit with
rotating balls on it. And yes I can Pop as though Arthur Fiedler were conducting :):) tennis balls sound like a better option though.

I have been slack doing core exercises and have just launched on a gentle start of stretches and ab work etc.

Not going to give the gorgeous blondes yet though, money well spent!!!
