Perhaps, but a 10% up move on no news is pretty decent.

With NAND spot prices declining, it seems like SSD replacement of disk drives should accelerate, causing disk drive sales to decelerate. So....we've got low cost NAND memory storage increasing (low cost = bad for WDC) and disk drive units decreasing (bad for WDC). I don't see how those two factors (reduced prices in NAND, reduced units in disk drives) is good for WDC.

I think it will be bad for WDC.
