The key, as always, is whether or not it's profitable land, buildings and machinery that Mr. Market is giving away. I'm not knocking free assets as a starting point -- it's basically the one Graham became famous for. (Btw, Graham searched them out one-by-one -- a chore he hired Buffett to assist him in.) I guess what I would like to know is what competitive advantage(s) Borden enjoys in this low-margin industry that currently faces vast supply overhang.
