Amati's good products are out the door and in trials, as in the list I posted earlier today.

I think that AMTX's value lies in its ability to defend its patents. If not for the patents, I think they are significantly behind the others in terms of getting a good product out the door.

This is more than I can say for the CAP vendors, as their modems that even come close to Amati's DMT speeds are as yet untested, or at least the findings are not public.

Granted the consumer end modems are not available in quantity, but the
Chips are being made as I type. Mass quantities are expected in the 2nd quarter from MOT (ADSL) and NEC (VDSL), TI's Chips are already available, the code need only be loaded.

How many of the companies "others" have sold or even developed a DSLAM?
