CatLady: Nice to hear from you. I have changed my views of charting a bit I would call them technical indicators instead. I think you have to look at the patterns and use volume news fundamental data as part of your judgement. I guess his discussion is lilited to price patterns, still I respect his views. I can't help but think that there is a bit of trend persistance. The thing is whether one can consistently profit from it. >'Stock Market Logic' by Fosback? < No. could you tell me in a few words what it is about? BTW reading that Malkiel book several times is advisable a lot of stuff that takes time ti sink in. Pancho
