on QCOM lifting off base two keys: Nokia and China (in my limited mind) Nokia is a quantum leap fundamental factor news of major deal coming between 2 weeks and 2 months ask me in 10 days and I will say the same thing China is a major psychological cloud altho operations (shipments, orders, payments) are unchanged, the market wants to see a blessing by Chinese politicians news of cloud passing should be coming this mid/late spring with WTO fasttrack Congressional passage my best guess is that as April earnings approach, we move off base still regard this quarter like a maximus shittus mallus diarrheacticus get it over with, and we move the famed Time Capsule is coming to an end I wouldnt be surprised to see a false start beyond the 140 barrier in April/May timeframe, on expectation of news then in midspring, we move on some real news really just open conjecture looks like once again a shift from DustyDowDogs to Nasdaq today dont expect too much follow thru just yet we will see, but doubt much continuation until March is almost over / Jim
