Because of Asia, predictions are for one or two rate
cuts next year. In line for a bull market extension.
However, I don't trust this market. Been going too long
and valuations are way too high by historical standards. The
DOW reached 24 PER in '61 before the decline. High by historical
standards. I understand that we are the world's low cost producer
but start cutting earnings and then tell me the PER of the current
market. Because everybody and his brother has stocks and most were
not in during '87, you have the makings for another debacle. I'm
not saying it will happen, just explaining why I am leary.
