Gan: She's behaving like the Russia of '98!! Haven't all the naysayers been driven from this stock already? I keep reminding myself that this is a phone company..it is not going bankrupt...the pe is 5-6....Russian phone cos (the "Russia" of '98)...pe? 10-12?? Indonesian phone co..pe 12?? This is a dead dog already...deval already figured in??? The death of Brazil already figured in..even the end of the world is already figured in!! I just don't see much downside, pessimistic articles notwithstanding!!
