From Bloomberg:

SportsLine USA Inc. (SPLN): The Internet-based sports media company and News Corp.'s (NWS) Fox Sports Online lost a bidding war to Walt Disney Co.'s (DIS) ESPN SportsZone unit, which will buy rights to the National Football League's World Wide Web site for at least $10 million, people familiar with the negotiations told Bloomberg News. The agreement will give ESPN a multiyear contract to continue to produce the NFL.com site, the people said. SportsLine fell 1 1/4 to 30 3/4. News Corp. rose 1/4 to 25 7/16. Disney rose 1 1/4 to 110 15/16.
