Consider the WMB pfd at finance.yahoo.com. These are convertible preferred that get you one share of WMB in 2005 and a nice $2.25 annual dividend in the meantime. The preferred are backed by 2007 bonds in the event of a WMB BK. I am long from the mid-7's with two dividends already in hand. WMB_pi printed a new high yesterday for the past several months.
