Other facts in his posession and his approach lead me to believe it was through connection to IAI that he got his information, but I have no absolute proof of insider information. Just strong suspicion. Only an investigation could make it all certain.

His vendetta against Ken seems to me odd, for instance. Why pick on Ken? Sure Ken was the most important management factor at Plexus Group, but (forgive me Ken) he is just one more VP at IAI. He is in charge of CAST (now UNICAST) R&D, thats all. Did Hedgy one percieve Ken as an easy target, or was there a more personal reason? The personal reason seems more likely to me from the tone of Hedgy1's arguments.

Of the falsity of his data, I am certain. There is no question. If I am wrong on this, believe me I will hear about it from Ken. Just a simple: ' youre wrong Matt', scince he can't say more, but I will no doubt hear it. Ken does not lie to me for convenience, and we know the darker sides of each other's careers fairly well. It's a small world in the DC S/W services community. No, don't bother to doubt that Hedgy1 was wrong, that he spread false data, and that he mixed lie with fact to greatest effect.
