Nice, hard-hitting article. His comments about Uma Bharati, while humorous, are also right on the money ("...with Uma Bharati there, I can't think of a better way to deter tourists and tourism..."). Maybe Vajpayee should have split the Family Planning Ministry further, so that he could appoint a "Minister for Nirodh", another "Minister for Deluxe Nirodh", and yet another "Minister for Super Deluxe Nirodh" <g>
