IMHO I think USR will be able to come through with whatever number they think prudent. AOL has been DESPERATE to upgrade and has been spending BIG $$$$$ on HUBS, Modems, etc.

I would think that USR will be able to massage the numbers as needed. Depends how much they want to hold for NEXT Q.

Wheres an accountant when ya need one?
