BGR, Message 14947274 . I posted an excerpt from the April 2000 issue of The Richebacher Letter where compares the Austrian and monetarist views of the Great Depression it's worth a look keep in mind the issue was 12 pgs and this is only a few paragraphs. It is also important to note that the greater part of credit creation currently takes place outside the banking system - beyond the control of the Fed. Mike ho ho ho
