Novell's huge installed base is allowing them to run on fumes. Clearly, they had hoped to keep some of their larger accounts in the fold but those companies are large for a reason: they aren't stupid. Given the dire straights these customers mistakenly entered by selecting NOVL in the first place, it makes no sense for them to compound the error in hopes of NOVL turning things around. They don't even realize what their mistakes were for cyring out loud! How can they fix something which they don't even think is broken yet is as plain as the nose on their collective faces? Don't need a GUI or other standard services? Yeah right. Get out of this industry Novell and don't come back you pathetic bags of stinking excrement.
