I DON'T OWN ANY SHARES OF THIS STOCK! THAT's FOR SURE! However, when my friend recently called up his brokers & asked them again about the prognosis of what their legal department is doing, he was told to do it on his own. His brokers informed him also that they (his brokers) told my friend that the other shareholders they spoke to are "baking" mad & that there is a certain one shareholder holding (I believe) 100,000+ shares who is "extra crispy" baking mad. I don't know what to tell him. Is there not some arm of the SEC that this can be reported to? Also, can not the SEC provide shareholders with a list of the other shareholders too?! Investing in stocks is risky, do your own diligence <standard-disclaimer>
