Eric--

Well, as of Tuesday night there really was a nice morning star, which is a strong indication of good things to come. And the chart looked even better on the official close yesterday. Other things being equal, the stock should have moved up sharply today. But of course the earnings, which go way beyond poopy, changed all that.
Even so, it's currently asking 10 3/4. Bid and ask have been raised, and there are actually buyers on the offer. For the moment, anyway. And it's not a great day generally. In my view it could well have been worse, even much worse, considering that the stock had run up quite a bit over the last few days. I'm inclined to think that there are still many out there who see a takeover in the offing, and all this nonsense about "management realignments" (what on earth is that supposed to mean?) tends to support this view, I think.

But if they do get bought out, will they get a decent price? I rather doubt it: USRX is only getting about $68 a share, and the stock was higher than that only a short while ago. And the Robot doesn't have NOVL's problems. (Of course, it doesn't have NOVL's cash, either.)

But who knows? My crystal ball's been giving me problems lately.

Janice
