FYI: H&Q Reiterates Buy Rec on 8/21. Analyst James Pickrel encouraged with 3Q..after periods of unpredictability, company no has a handle on consistency and new management is creating stability...notes a full 40% of business from NEW customers...expects slight sequential increase in Q4 revs...says expected partnerships and new marketing initiatives should be important for 1999...notes company goal is to stay cash positive and profitable in FY99...with company making progress, Pickrel expects small profit in 2Q 99 and sees a .22 FY 99 profit... Buy on the dips, eh? R/
