Rick,

You seem to know these guys from the last few posts. Being familiar with your interest in Wonderware, I would be interested in hearing what you think their motivation is.

I would also like to get your thoughts on the recent downturn in the stock. Is it strictly following the techs or is there more to it? With Wonderware's limited sales in Asia it shouldn't be affected by the economic crisis there.
