Global cooling was never a scientific consensus. You are still lying about that. The rest, well science didn't exist then. So there was not even a concept of settled science. Because there wasn't any real science to settle. At best, science was a branch of philosophy. And they like to argue about fake cows and the morality of pulling a train switch.

But funny you should bring this up. When the Catholic Church was in denial over the position of the Earth in the cosmos, despite the growing body of measurements, they are closer to you in spirit than the stance you are trying to take here. Because you are on the side of those who think the available evidence is wrong and should be ignored.

So despite your tantrums, the caps still melt and the seas still rise.

Unless you want to present the contrary evidence you claim is out there. Is it secret? Or is it merely non-existent and you are just pulling it out of your ass?

My money is on the latter. Ball is still in your court.
