The whole process of getting permits, getting 43-101F's on all their properties and getting 6 months under their belt at the CNQ is all part of their move to the TSX-Ven which is part of an ongoing dialogue and application that has been in front of the exchange for the duration of 2005. I would imagine that something will come together by summer-fall. I can't see too many reasons to delay their listing.
