I think the Indians are right. The war will not escalate. I am not sure that they will get the land that they think they need to hold back Pakistani militants from getting Chinese weapons. This as they say themselves is a high cost operation. It does underscore the perceived danger of this psuedo religious militancy in the eyes of some nations.
