At these levels, any individual or fund that bought anytime since late 1998 is underwater. That means that, unless we have a huge rally, there is going to be a lot of selling by funds in October, and individuals in December (window dressing and tax-loss selling). So, whatever lows we hit now are likely to be retested then.
