This was "predicted" by me and others on the other thread, back when the exchange opened up and it became known they had no provision for tracking subsidies. I wonder whether Al will be criticizing me for being wrong on this point! At any rate, it is just the beginning. These numbers -- NOT part of the CBO's estimates -- will continue for years into the future. These problems will be very difficult to solve at this point. I imagine they'll just end up dumping it all into some account somewhere, where accumulations of billions will go unnoticed.
