I really wish the SEC would do just that and look into his positions held at the time of the 'news' releases. I am sure what he is doing is legal but fairness should dictate that every release he does have his current position plain for all to see at the top of the story. His stories are short on fact and details. They contain no meat. They are all bark and no bite from a scientific standpoint but the sound is enough to scare investors. Jim
