A couple of questions. Do you have any software that will tell you the temperature of some of your components..motherboard, processor, etc? Case fan(s) working okay? My semi-educated guess tells me that it is either heat related...a lot of motherboards have an auto turn off when the temperature of one of the components gets to a certain level....or you've got a bad power supply, even if it was just replaced. ....outside chance it could be a bad power cord (the cord that plugs the computer into the wall) I'd bet it's most likely the power supply.
