It just seems to me if these fellows have their hands full trying to keep the companies they work for above water, they can't have too much time for anyone else. In any case, I really don't see the value of the BOD in a small startup firm. I don't see how they have much to contibute until the company starts manufacturing and selling. Until then they are just collecting easy money from the shareholders.
