Joe--All this is taking place while the stock market is still close to
record highs. My concern has always been --what will happen when the market
really corrects. At one point I believed the "value" in NOVL would mitigate
a major decline. We now know that management has little ability to transfer
"value" to the bottom line.

The main emphasis of the conference call seemed to be the increase in sales of
IntraNetware to major customers as well as the beginning of sales to smaller
customers. Was this your interpretation of Merangi's comments?

My concern is they sold IntraNetware to most customers who will buy and to
the pipeline, and that there might not be much left to sell in this quarter.
I also wonder about the healthy prognosis for small business sales when there
doesn't appear to be any real concerted push in this direction.

Would appreciate your thoughts as to whether sales in the next few quarters could
even approach the first quarter and if you believe we really are in a downward death spiral.
Also is there any hope for small business sales.

I've always been concerned about a possible leveraged buy out at lower levels ($8?),
although at this rate there might be no real value, other than the $1.1 billion in cash.

I really appreciate the collective effort of this thread to get to the
truth, and, as I've stated in a previous note, I've become emotionally
involved in NOVL.

I believe the only justice will be to oust those responsible for this
mess (yes Scott Lemon-it is a mess!)-- and I will contribute at least
$100 and possibly more to obtain JUSTICE.

All we need is a strategy for follow-up action, and I have much more
confidence in your ability to provide an aggressive follow-up, than in
Marengi aggressively fighting MSFT.

Regards

P.S. To all of you who have sold NOVL, please remember your commitment
to the CAUSE, and, provide either proxy votes (depending on record date)
or advertising $$$$. Remember, this has been a painful experience and
we cannot let those responsible for our losses, continue to prosper.
