Mary Beth,
Regarding your statement:
<<...after reading the financial stats and what Bramson had to say, I was ready to sell my 6000 shares...>>

I'll buy them from you!!

Seriously, I see what you are saying. It is because of their quiet nature that many of us were able to buy AXC at relatively low prices ($6.50 - $7.50) when it was apparent that a KM contract would eventually get signed. Now this prospect seems to be reflected to some extent in the stock price, but with the revelations that were made in the 11/27 S3 filing, IMO AXC still seems to be undervalued.

The Marc Robins interview with Bloomberg was interesting (mentioned earlier on this thread) because he discussed how difficult it was for small companies to get the attention of Wall Street. When he described the perfect growth stock, he said one of the key attributes is a company with great prospects that has not yet been discovered. Ampex definately fits this bill. Once Ampex jumps up and slaps Wall Street in the face with an announcement that, in essence says KM will be taking the disk drive industry by storm, then we'll see some real excitement!

AXC holding tight at $11 today. Go AMPEX!!!
