You bet they will-------any bets on what Obama will say in trying to control that date and appointment? Governors in West Virginia have gone to jail for ignoring the law------would the sitting Governor want to manipulate or violate existing W.Va.election law and risk jail time------my reading on W.Va. is that the current population would not stand for such . Their mottoe "Mountaineers Are Always Free" describes that state and its spirit. So all eyes are now on W.Va. mj
