THE WAR ON TERRORISM = WRONG IMAGE + WRONG TITLE + WRONG ACTIONS The "war" on terrorism is entirely the wrong image and the wrong title and implies the wrong action. EVERYBODY (from the cave man on up) in their heart of hearts understands that WAR SOLVES NOTHING. The title "War on Terrorism" should be replaced by the title: THE ELIMINATION OF TERRORISM for the reason that such a title allows a CONSIDERATION of: -- how does terrorism arise? -- what specific conditions or situations does it seek to redress? -- who are all the disuptants and what are their positions? -- what steps need to be taken to eliminate legitimate grievances? AS WELL AS: any and all counter-terrorist activities (which in almost all cases do NOT include all out war) because of the nature of the terrorist "threat". Our President's approach to dealing with terror is ignorant beyond all belief. Namaste! Jim
