Hang on there seems to be another judge's decision being made. I wonder how many judges we are going to hear from.

It is rather hard to determine the intent of the first decision. It appears to be counties are to file by 5:00 PM today, finish hand count, file hand counts with appeal to State Sec of State when the hand count is completed. This puts the Sec of State in a tough position.

5 judges have stepped down from hearings on the butterfly ballot.
