You do realize the employer mandate has not gone into effect yet, right? It is my understanding that the employer mandate is in effect for firms with 100+ employees...next year firms with 50+ will have to comply...so far we see no effect from the law mirroring any of the doom day scenarios you guys have been spreading about.
