PC penetration into the markets of Europe, Japan, and Asia is at the level of the US of several years ago. The big transition to PC's on every desktop is just beginning. As those economies began recovering last year their computer purchases began rising rapidly.

PC unit sales are up about 50% this year over last year.

The good times are just beginning for both AMD and Intel.

PS - you aren't thinking of shorting AMD, are you? You might want to be careful about doing that. How'd you like to be holding some of the 14 million shorted shares from when the stock was around 25?
