Andrew, Regardless of whether Iomega actually mailed the checks or not, they will somehow have to provide an accounting for rebates in their earnings report since they incurred the liability during that time period. The only question is: How many? We can exclude any OEM ZIP sales, but can only guess at what portion of the balance will be applicable. Even if we used a very conservative number like 250,000 for rebatable ZIPs (1/3 of estimated units sold), earnings will be severely impacted.
