Re: Rebate. They may delay payment to improve cash flow but the delay shouldn't have an impact on GAAP income. Now they may decide to play around with assumptions for the cash rebate accrual, i.e. how many purchasers will never follow up in seeking a rebate, but my guess is they don't have much wiggle room. Given the size of the rebate how many purchasers would you expect to throw the refund away like a dollar off coupon on a jug of Gallo wine? Playing around too much with this would seriously erode credibility and look out below on stock price.

However, these constant complaints on rebate delays do raise some questions. Is IO just incompetent from an administrative standpoint, do they have a cash squeeze, and what is the cash suck status of the Penang plant? Haven't heard much about Penang lately - anyone have information?
