I tried it too. It worked most of the time for me this morning. I saw a piece of news saying that Microsoft said that the problem is caused by the lack of resources (hardware/software) for the web server not caused by the problem of the TeraServer or something like that. When it failed for me, the error message was that there are too many users connecting to the web site. Retry it again would likely to work. You probably should pick a off peak time if you are really interested in it. I downloaded the picture of my neighborhood.
