OMICRON RETAINS SENATOR HARTKE AND FORMER MICROSOFT LEAD DEVELOPER MARK MOELLER

Omicron Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: OGPS) is pleased to announce new appointments to its wholly owned subsidiary, Interactive Radio Corporation. Interactive Radio Corporation's three detailed patents cover digital technology that combines navigation, broadcast and two-way communication services using existing satellites. These features allow the use and enjoyment of innovative e-commerce, e-mail, digital quality music, travel, security, global positioning and gaming at a relatively low cost. The initial demand will be in the automotive, trucking and recreational vehicle markets.

Chairman Dr. Carl Kukkonen announced the latest appointments to the senior management team. Dr. Kukkonen was Director of the Center for Space Microelectronics Technology and Manager of Supercomputing at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), a division of the California Institute of Technology (Caltech). He was the lead coordinator in establishing a high performance supercomputing capability at JPL. Dr. Kukkonen also served as the Principal Research Scientist for the Ford Motor Company.

Stephen P. Crosby will serve as President and CEO. Crosby spent 8 years as the founder and CEO of Smart Route Systems, of Cambridge, Mass., the leading provider of real-time traffic information to the in-vehicle navigation industry and other digital receivers. Crosby developed broad expertise in the evolution of automotive telematics systems and related industries, including automotive OEMs, dashboard device manufacturers, navigation/route optimization systems and emergency service providers. Successful relationships with each of these market segments is central to the successful deployment of the Interactive Radio Corporation's system. In addition, Crosby has 25 years of experience in the leadership of new, entrepreneurial companies, including the development of financing strategies, management teams and strategic alliances. He is a graduate of Harvard College and Boston University School of Law, and has extensive background in government and politics, and serves as a member of the Board of the Intelligent Transportation Society of America Association.

Gary Noreen will serve as Chief Technology Officer. Noreen, while with JPL over the past 10 years was the founder, Chairman and CEO of Radio Satellite Corporation and the pioneer of this technology and holder of the original patents. Noreen is on extended leave as Deputy Program Manager, Advanced Missions Office, Telecommunications and Mission Operations Directorate of JPL. In this position, Noreen had been coordinating the development of the communications network for NASA's Mars mission. His engagement extended beyond NASA; he has also assisted the coordination of ESA (European Space Agency), ISA (Italian Space Agency) and CNES (French Space Agency). Noreen has extensive experience in regulatory actions, financing and technical analysis. In his previous position as a Director he assisted in raising over $140 million and co-wrote American Mobile Satellite Corporation's FCC application for its subsidiary XM Satellite Radio (Nasdaq: SKYC).

Mark Moeller will serve as Senior Consultant. Moeller is the founder and an Executive Manager of AutoPCWare, a company that focused on assisting manufactures and software vendors in building Auto PC related hardware and software. He is also a 14-year veteran of Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) and served as Development Lead for the Auto PC. During his last 3 years at Microsoft he was responsible for co-developing the software and hardware architecture for Microsoft's Auto PC platform, which is based on the Windows CE operating system. Prior to this, Moeller performed research in the use of speech recognition and compression in high noise environments and developed an operating system for digital speech products. Other positions included developing and testing various Microsoft Office applications, while specializing in the design of interprocess data exchange subsystems. Moeller holds a number of patents pending on the AutoPC. In addition, Moeller is also a contributing editor for Windows CE Power Magazine.

A.J. Abdallat will serve as the Chief Marketing Officer & VP of Business Development. He is a cofounder and VP of Marketing for ViaSpace Technologies, established to commercialize technologies developed at Caltech, JPL, as well as other universities and laboratories. Previously, Abdallat was with Hewlett-Packard Company (HP) for ten years where he held many positions in program management, business development and marketing. His most recent assignment was the NASA ODIN Program Capture Manager, where he was responsible for HP's overall team management, business development and strategic planning for ODIN. He led tracking and represented Hewlett-Packard on the successful efforts of the OAO ODIN team to secure a $500 million Information Technology (IT) outsourcing contract with NASA. The ODIN award represented NASA's largest IT outsourcing contract to date. Abdallat has received many awards for outstanding contribution including NASA/JPL Cassini Project Award, JPL Director's Award for significant contribution to the Mars Pathfinder Project, NASA/JPL SANTA II Project Award and Russian Space Flight Center Director's Medal.

Sak Narwal will serve as Chief Financial Officer and Director. Currently Narwal is CFO of the parent company, Omicron Technologies Inc. Narwal brings 15 years of extensive experience in corporate management with strong attributes in marketing and negotiation as well as his corporate business acumen. He has played a key role in all of the negotiations for Omicron's strategic partnerships and alliances.

Former US Presidential candidate (1972), Senator Vance Hartke (1959-1977), has been engaged as consultant and corporate consul to Interactive Radio Corporation. He is the founder and managing director of the influential law firm, Hartke & Hartke in Washington, DC. Senator Hartke will be in charge of forming strategic alliances and partnerships with major corporations. His diverse experience in politics extends over 40 years. He has received numerous awards for his lifelong legislative achievements as an advocate for consumer protection. Senator Hartke was a member of two of the four most powerful and prestigious committees of the U.S. Senate; United States Finance Committee and the United States Commerce Committee, which have has jurisdiction over Communications, Technology and Surface Transportation.
