Briefs were filed in TK arbitration and will now be reviewed by a panel of appeals Judges in early June to decide whether to grant a permanent stay. That will continue until a full appeal can be heard. They are also pursuing other avenues because the earlier rulings would violate both Maryland Insurance Laws as well as SEC laws. Also they have made good progress on one spinout in particular and hope to have some news on it soon. Oh well you may not have nailed it but you still may be the closest! Financials still in works no definitive date yet. Will have a final decision hopefully tomorrow on whether a cert call would be benificial or not. I hope we can count on everyones support. Frankly I am tired of being the underdog. It is time to be the "Top Dog" HOW ABOUT A ROLL CALL HERE! I WOULD LIKE TO SEE HOW MANY OF YOU NEW COMERS OR ETERNAL LURKERS ARE STILL HERE "AND IF YOU WOULD SUPPORT A UNIFIED CALL FOR CERTIFICATES! OLD TIMERS TOO! I know this is a good idea and everything so far says yes. Waiting for the company to weigh in on the issue (which I expect tomorrow). I already called mine and anyone else who already wants to "GO ahead it can only help! P.S. Monte can you tell me how to do links and also to transfer my e-mail responses from the company directly to SI so I do not have to retype them? HUH
