C3D surges on financing agreement (CDDD) By Tomi Kilgore

Constellation 3D (CDDD) said it has entered into a financing agreement with an investment group and its majority shareholder for an investment in the company of up to $20 million. The optical storage company's stock is charging up 21 cents, or 22 percent, to $1.15. Volume is 1.6 million shares, which is nearly 6 times the daily average
